Select Homes chose Nash Jones Anderson to design a luxury product for their 22 plat neighborhood development in Bothell, Washington. Home features include butler’s pantry, formal living spaces and oversize bonus rooms.

Five floor plans were developed, designed specifically for the varying lot sizes. Two elevations for each plan help to vary the streetscape.

Although the Cameron Meadows plans were designed specifically for Select Homes and are not for sale, we work with builders in developing the master site and incorporating stock plans or new designs specifically for a plat.
