NJA studied their requirements and developed 7 narrow lot plans featuring many amenities found in larger lot homes. Each plan offers 3 elevations to choose from and a three car tandem garage.

The homes at Water Stone were priced in the upper $300,000 and sold out within the first nine months. Although the Water Stone plans were developed specifically for the client and are not available for sale, we work with many builders in developing the master site and building plans for plats.
